Firstly and foremost it is a small but busy yard. The Owner deals with everything to ensure the smooth running of the day to day tasks including taking out the rides.
There will be times she may not answer you back, please feel free to keep trying. What we do ask is if you can’t reach the owner, there is a valid reason to why she is unable to deal with your enquiry (she does have a life out-with the horses..)
Your trail ride will be tailored to your ability, you will be matched with a trusty steed, accompanied by a guide - namely the Owner of the stables.
We have various routes depending on the ability of the rider. We only cater for a maximum of 5, but we are happy to discuss bigger groups.
We will endeavour to have people of a similar level of riding ability so that you are able to get the best experience possible, should there be other people on your ride.
*Private sessions are available on request. Please note you will be charged for 4 spaces excluding your own at the height of season.*
PAYMENTS:
Please Note: until payment is received in Full your booking is only provisional.
Payment is due in advance of all rides unless prior arrangement has been discussed. Your ride will only be confirmed once payment is made.
We ask that all payments are made within 24 hours and we hold a 72 hour cancellation policy on all rides.
2 Hour Ride
£80 Per Person ~
Extra £10 per person for Western - Minimum height 5ft.
Your trail ride will be tailored to your ability, you will be matched with a trusty steed, accompanied by a guide - namely the Owner of the stables.
This ride obviously gives you more time in the saddle to explore the area, taking in the wonderful views along the Lochside, through the hills and some spectacular views from elevated heights.
We have various routes and terrain depending on the ability of the rider. We only cater for a maximum of 5, but we are happy to discuss bigger groups.
We will endeavour to have people of a similar level of riding ability so that you are able to get the best experience possible, should there be other people on your ride.
NB: We are more than happy to take complete beginners for this ride however we would suggest you have a certain amount of physical fitness and any younger children would need to have some previous riding experience: for example- being on a horse a few times and confident.

3 Hour Exhilarating adventure
£115 per person
This ride will take place on a morning of a set date (enquire)
This ride is purely for the more experienced rider.
You must be able to:
Walk, trot and canter independently of your reins.
Be balanced.
Be able to keep a safe distance from other horses around you.
Be confident.
Be reasonably fit.
Hold your own cantering in a group with other people.
Be game for a bit of fun!
